You have the right to unconditionally return any product you purchase from ÜNALAMBALA.COM within 14 (fourteen) days of the invoice date. Product exchanges are not permitted on our site. Products wishing to be exchanged must be returned and replaced with a new purchase.

For the return process, you must mark the products to be returned and the reason for return on the invoice that came with your order and return them together with their packaging, with payment to the Cargo.

In order for us to process your product returns:

Products to be returned must be in their original box or packaging.

Returns of products whose original box or packaging is damaged, which have lost their resalability, or which cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.

If you are a taxpayer;

Returned products must be sent with the return invoice issued by your business. Order returns cannot be completed unless a RETURN INVOICE is issued. The return invoice must be issued excluding shipping costs (product unit price + VAT). Transportation costs incurred due to the return are our responsibility. The conditions for product returns and exchanges are in accordance with Consumer Protection Law No. 4077.
