Question 1: How can I order from your website?
You can complete your order by selecting the products you want from the product categories on our website, adding them to your cart, and clicking "Buy." Once you've completed your payment, we'll receive your order and process it.

Question 2: How long does it take for my orders to be delivered?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on weekdays are delivered to our contracted courier company the same day. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier company and your location.

Question 3: What payment methods do you accept when placing orders?
You can complete your orders with credit card, bank transfer and cash on delivery options.

Question 4: Can I pay at the door? How much is the payment fee?
You can complete your order by selecting the cash on delivery option. The cash on delivery service fee is 185 TL, including VAT. This service is valid for orders up to 7,000 TL.

Question 5: How can I track my order?
To track your order, please save the reference number shown on your payment screen. You can use this number to check your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.

Question 6: Which cargo company do you work with?
All our shipments are made throughout Türkiye with Contracted Cargo.

Question 7: I cannot log in to my membership, what should I do?
Make sure to pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters when logging in. If you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking the "Forgot My Password" button.

Question 8: Can I return my order?
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. For returns, the product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Question 9: When will the refund amount be transferred to my account?
Once we receive your return, payments made via credit card or money order will be refunded to your account within 1 week.

Question 10: Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, for your bulk orders, you can contact us via WhatsApp at +90 (530) 070 93 30 or via email at bilgi@unalpak.com.

Question 11: When will out-of-stock products arrive?
Our warehouse constantly monitors inventory. For products that are out of stock, you can leave your email address in the "Notify Me When Available" option on the relevant product page. You will be notified as soon as the product is back in stock.

Question 12: Can I purchase products from your company address?
Yes, you can purchase products from our company's address:
- Macun Neighborhood, Gimat 3rd Block, No: 44-45, Yenimahalle/ Ankara
- Macun Neighborhood, Gimat 19th Block No: 595-596, Yenimahalle/ Ankara
You can visit between 08:30-17:30 on weekdays.
